About the Artist .
In 2014 I decided to start my selling my artwork. Up until this time art had been a hobby not a profession. In fact I majored in Spanish at college and finished a year of graduate school studying linguistics. After a year of grad school in Chicago I took a time off intending to transfer to a university with a linguistics program closer to home. During this break I decided to try to sell some of my geometric designs that I had been creating all throughout undergrad and grad school on the side. It ended up that my art business took over and I decided to switch gears and focus solely on my art. I started out focusing on pen and ink geometric patterns but over the years my art has evolved to include many different mediums including collage.
